Adding weights to your cardio really works! They don’t need to be heavy weights. ANywhere from 3-10 pounds is perfect. Just enough to increase your PUSH in those heavy cardio moves.

This was my workout today — CVX from P90X3. It’s 35 minutes of cardio … all mixed with weights … that totally burned an INSANE amount of calories!! And it flew by SO fast!! I loved it!
