The Fun Fit Life is KICKING off spring with a CHALLENGE! A FIX YOUR HABITS challenge. We call it the SPRING FIX!
Today is day ONE in our challenge … and for this week we are focusing on our daily WATER consumption.
For all of our challengers in our online support & accountability group, together we are tracking our water each day. We are supporting and cheering each other on to get that water in!
Do YOU know how much water your body needs? There’s a simple formula ..
Drinking enough WATER is definitely a HEALTHY HABIT.
We all know that drinking water is good for us, yet far too many people are walking around dehydrated!
This shows up in so many ways from dry skin, to headaches, to lack of concentration, to fatigue and joint pain… (and this is just the beginning).
Basically, everything in your body is able to function better when you’re hydrated. Now only that, but EVERYTHING gets better when you’re hydrated… it will:
- Help you to maintain a healthy body weight
- Boost your energy
- Help with digestion
- Improve the quality of your skin
- Help your immune system to function optimally
- Help prevent depression
- Help you get rid of toxins in your body
Track YOUR water Habits!
Keep a water bottle with you throughout the day every day this week. Track how much your drinking using elastic bands on your bottle so you know how many you’re at.
Your goal is to drink at least half your body weight in ounces. (Water that you drink during your workouts DOES NOT count for this challenge!!!)
